Nokwanele has about 13 years’ experience in the oil and gas sector, as well as 8 years’ experience in the IT sector. Her skills span from implementing systems applications and integrating systems through to trading crude oil, fuels and gas as well as being a senior executive and an entrepreneur. She established a world-class trading desk at Petro SA after the merger of SFF, Soekor, and Mossgas, where she pioneered the trading of crude oil through BEE’s in the oil industry as a Trading Manager. During her time as a consultant and an executive at SAP she enjoyed extensive international exposure, including working for SAP UK for 3 years, and appreciation of different cultures. Nokwanele holds a B. Admin degree from the University of the Western Cape, a B. Com Honours degree from the University of Natal, Masters in Business Administration from Kingston University in England, a Certificate from the American Production and Inventory Control Society, and received management training under the Carl Duisberg Gesellschaft Management Training Programme in Germany.
She brings a wealth of leadership qualities that have grown Wasaa in a short space of time to admirable levels. The company owes its claim to being a credible player in the oil and gas space to her leverage on industry relationships, her pragmatic approach to doing business, as well as her passion about meaningful empowerment. Johnny is a financial and general management professional with over 20 years experience in the oil and gas industry Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Project Management. His career life started at Jackson Metals in 1972 where he started off as a Kardex Clerk and graduated to warehouse management, customer service and subsequently being a Business Analyst at Head Office level.
In 1983 he joined Shell where he spent 27 years aim various portfolios within finance, manufacturing, operations and auditing. Johnny is a dedicated, self-motivated, hard working and compassionate individual who enjoys working in a challenging environment. He is a good team player that is highly dependable and trustworthy. Johnny currently provides a financial, management, taxation and business consultancy service to small and medium type enterprises.
Johnny is a member on the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA) and a registered Tax Practitioner, (C1F7F3C). He holds a Masters in Business Leadership degree, B. Compt. Honours, B.Com Accounting as well as Advanced Taxation from UNISA.
Teddy is a sales and marketing management professional with over 7 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, 5 years in the FMCG Industry and 3 years in the Telecommunication industry. Through his 7 years working experience in the oil and gas industry ,he has hold various strategic sales management roles in the Industrial Portfolio, Construction Portfolio and Commercial Transport Portfolio at Masana Petroleum Solution.
His 5 years in the FMCG sector 0, Teddy has been in a trainee management programme with the Spar Group for 2 years and also with Distell Group for 3 years in the sales division. The 3 years worked in telecommunication industry has been with Cell C as a Regional Sales Manager looking after the formal and informal market .
Teddy is a performance driven person, value customer excellence with high level of work ethics. He believes in team work ,open communication, and good customer relationship. His positive attitude and professionalism distinguish him from the others..
